At Dover Saddlery, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within one year for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in clean, unused condition.
Complete the Return Form
Fill out the return/exchange form located on the back of your packing slip, indicating the reason for the return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Apply Shipping Label
Affix the pre-addressed SmartLabel from your invoice to the outside of your package or print a new shipping label from our online return portal.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your return as it travels to our warehouse.
